John 13:1 - קדָם דֵּין עאִדָא דּפֵצחָא יָדַע הוָא יֵשׁוּע דַּמטָת שָׁעתָא דַּנשַׁנֵא מֵן הָנָא עָלמָא לוָת אַבוּהי וַאחֵב לדִילֵה דַּבהָנָא עָלמָא וַעדַמָא לחַרתָא אַחֵב אֵנוּן .   
John 13:1 - NOW before the feast of petscha, Jeshu knew that his hour was come, and that he should pass from this world unto his Father, and he had loved his who were in this world, and unto the end he had loved them.   
John 13:1 - And before the feast of the passover, Jesus knew that the hour had come when he should depart from this world unto the Father. And he loved his own [people], who were in the world; and he loved them unto the end.   
John 13:1 - NOW before the feast of the passover, Jesus knew the hour had come to depart from this world to his Father. And he loved his own who were in this world, and he loved them unto the end.    
John 13:1 - וְלִפְנֵי חַג הַפֶּסַח כְּשֶׁיָּדַע יֵשׁוּעַ כִּי בָאָה שַׁעְתּוֹ לַעֲבֹר מִן־הָעוֹלָם הַזֶּה אֶל־אָבִיו כַּאֲשֶׁר אָהַב אֶת בְּחִירָיו אֲשֶׁר בָּעוֹלָם כֵּן אֲהֵבָם עַד־הַקֵּץ׃   
John 13:2 - וכַד הוָת חשָׁמִיתָא רמֵא הוָא לֵה לסָטָנָא בּלֵבֵּה דִּיהוּדָא בַּר שֵׁמעוּן סכַריוּטָא דּנַשׁלמִיוהי .   
John 13:2 - And when was the supper, Satana had cast it into the heart of Jihuda bar Shemun Scarjuta to betray him.   
John 13:2 - And when the supper was passed, it had been injected by Satan into the heart of Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon, to betray him.   
John 13:2 - During supper, Satan put into the heart of Judas, son of Simon of Iscariot, to deliver him   
John 13:2 - וַיְהִי בִּסְעוּדַת הָעֶרֶב וְהַשָּׂטָן נָתַן בְּלֵב יְהוּדָה בֶן־שִׁמְעוֹן אִישׁ קְרִיּוֹת לְמָסְרוֹ׃   
John 13:3 - הוּ דֵּין יֵשׁוּע מֵטֻל דּיָדַע הוָא דּכֻל מֵדֵּם יַהב אַבָא בּאִידַוהי וַדמֵן אַלָהָא נפַק וַלוָת אַלָהָא אָזֵל .   
John 13:3 - But Jeshu himself, because he knew that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that from Aloha he had come forth, and unto Aloha he was going,   
John 13:3 - And Jesus, because he knew that the Father had given all things into his hands; and that he came out from the Father, and was going to God;   
John 13:3 - But Jesus, because he knew that the Father had given everything into his hands, and that he came from God, and was going to God,   
John 13:3 - וַיֵּדַע יֵשׁוּעַ כִּי נָתַן אָבִיו אֶת־הַכֹּל בְּיָדוֹ וְכִי מֵאֵת אֱלֹהִים בָּא וְאֶל־אֱלֹהִים יָשׁוּב׃   
John 13:4 - קָם מֵן חשָׁמִיתָא וסָם נַחתַּוהי וַשׁקַל סֵדּוּנָא מחָא בּחַצַוהי .    
John 13:4 - riseth from supper, and setteth his garments apart, and took a towel, (and) bound (it) upon his loins;    
John 13:4 - arose from the supper, and laid aside his long garments, and took a linen cloth, and wrapped it about his loins;    
John 13:4 - He rose from supper and laid aside his robes; and he took an apron and tied it around his loins.   
John 13:4 - וַיָּקָם מֵעַל הַשֻּׁלְחָן וַיִּפְשַׁט אֶת־בְּגָדָיו וַיִּקַּח מִטְפַּחַת וַיְּחְגְּרֶהָ׃   
John 13:5 - וַארמִי מַיָא בַּמשָׁגתָּא ושַׁרִי לַמשָׁגוּ רֵגלֵא דּתַלמִידַוהי וַמשַׁוֵא הוָא בּסֵדּוּנָא דַּמחֵא בּחַצַוהי .   
John 13:5 - and he poured water into a basin, and began to wash the feet of his disciples, and wiped (them) with the towel that he had bound upon his loins.   
John 13:5 - and poured water into a wash-basin, and began to wash the feet of his disciples: and he wiped them with the linen cloth with which he had girded his loins.   
John 13:5 - Then he poured water into a basin, and began to wash the feet of his disciples, and to wipe them with the apron which was tied around his loins.   
John 13:5 - וְאַחַר יָצַק מַיִם בַּכִּיּוֹר וַיָּחֶל לִרְחֹץ אֶת־רַגְלֵי תַלְמִידָיו וּלְנַגֵּב בַּמִּטְפַּחַת אֲשֶׁר־הוּא חָגוּר בָּהּ׃    
John 13:6 - כַּד דֵּין אֵתָא לוָת שֵׁמעוּן כּאִפָא אָמַר לֵה שֵׁמעוּן אַנתּ מָרי רֵגלַי משִׁיג אַנתּ לִי .   
John 13:6 - But when he came to Shemun Kipha, Shemun said to him, Dost thou, my Lord, wash my feet for me ?    
John 13:6 - And when he came to Simon Cephas, Simon said to him: Dost thou, my Lord, wash my feet for me ?   
John 13:6 - When he came to Simon Peter, Simon said to him, You, my Lord, are you going to wash my feet?   
John 13:6 - וַיִּגַּשׁ אֶל־שִׁמְעוֹן פֶּטְרוֹס וְהוּא אָמַר אֵלָיו אֲדֹנִי הַאַתָּה תִּרְחַץ אֶת־רַגְלָי׃   
John 13:7 - ענָא יֵשׁוּע וֵאמַר לֵה מֵדֵּם דּעָבֵד אנָא אַנתּ לָא יָדַע אַנתּ הָשָׁא בָּתַרכֵּן דֵּין תֵּדַּע .   
John 13:7 - Jeshu answered and said to him, What I do, thou knowest not now; but afterward thou shalt know.    
John 13:7 - Jesus answered, and said to him: What I do, thou understandest not now: but hereafter thou wilt understand.    
John 13:7 - Jesus answered and said to him, What I am doing, you do not know now, but later you will understand.   
John 13:7 - וַיַּעַן יֵשׁוּעַ וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו אֵת אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי עֹשֶׂה אֵינְךָ יֹדֵעַ כָּעֵת וְאַחֲרֵי־כֵן תֵּדָע׃   
John 13:8 - אָמַר לֵה שֵׁמעוּן כּאִפָא לעָלַם לָא משִׁיג אַנתּ לִי רֵגלַי אָמַר לֵה יֵשׁוּע אֵן לָא משִׁיג אנָא לָכ לַיתּ לָכ עַמי מנָתָא .   
John 13:8 - Shemun Kipha saith to him, Never shalt thou wash for me my feet. Jeshu saith to him, If I do not wash thee, thou hast with me no part.    
John 13:8 - Simon Cephas said to him: Never shalt thou wash my feet. Jesus said to him: Unless I wash thee, thou hast no part with me.    
John 13:8 - Then Simon Peter said to him, You will never wash my feet. Jesus said to him, If I do not wash you, you have no part with me.   
John 13:8 - וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו פֶּטְרוֹס לֹא־תִרְחַץ אֶת־רַגְלַי לְעוֹלַם וַיַּעַן אֹתוֹ יֵשׁוּעַ אִם־לֹא אֶרְחַץ אֹתְךָ אֵין לְךָ חֵלֶק עִמִּי׃    
John 13:9 - אָמַר לֵה שֵׁמעוּן כּאִפָא מָדֵין מָרי לָא בַּלחוּד רֵגלַי תּשִׁיג לִי אֵלָא אָפ אִידַי אָפ רִשׁי .   
John 13:9 - Shemun Kipha saith to him, Then, my Lord, not only my feet shalt thou wash for me, but also my hands, also my head.    
John 13:9 - Simon Cephas said to him: Then, my Lord, not my feet only shalt thou wash, but also my hands and my head.    
John 13:9 - Simon Peter said to him, Then, my Lord, wash not only my feet, but also my hands and my head.   
John 13:9 - וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו שִׁמְעוֹן פֶּטְרוֹס אֲדֹנִי לֹא אֶת־רַגְלַי לְבָד כִּי גַּם אֶת־יָדַי וְאֶת־רֹאשִׁי׃   
John 13:10 - אָמַר לֵה יֵשׁוּע הַו דַּסחֵא לָא סנִיק אֵלָא רֵגלַוהי בַּלחוּד נשִׁיג כֻּלֵה גֵּיר דּכֵא הו אָפ אַנתּוּן כֻּלכוּן דּכַיָא אַנתּוּן אֵלָא לָא כֻּלכוּן .   
John 13:10 - Jeshu saith, He that hath bathed needeth not but his feet only to wash, for all of him he hath cleansed: also you are clean, but not all of you.   
John 13:10 - Jesus said to him: He that hath bathed, needeth not but to wash his feet; for he is all clean. And ye also are clean; but not all of you.   
John 13:10 - Jesus said to him, He who has bathed does not need except to wash his feet only, for he is already all clean; so you are all clean, but not everyone of you.   
John 13:10 - וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו יֵשׁוּעַ הַמְרֻחָץ אֵין־לוֹ לִרְחֹץ עוֹד כִּי אִם־אֶת־רַגְלָיו כִּי כֻלּוֹ טָהוֹר הוּא וְאַתֶּם טְהוֹרִים אַךְ לֹא כֻלְּכֶם׃    
John 13:11 - יָדַע הוָא גֵּיר יֵשׁוּע להַו דּמַשׁלֵם לֵה מֵטֻל הָנָא אֵמַר דּלָא הוָא כֻּלכוּן דּכַיָא אַנתּוּן .   
John 13:11 - For Jeshu knew who was betraying him; therefore he said, Ye are not all of you clean.    
John 13:11 - For Jesus knew, who would betray him: therefore he said, Ye are not all clean.   
John 13:11 - For Jesus knew him who was to betray him; therefore he said, Not everyone of you is clean.   
John 13:11 - כִּי יָדַע מִי יִמְסְרֵיהוּ עַל־כֵּן אָמַר לֹא כֻלְּכֶם טְהוֹרִים׃    
John 13:12 - כַּד דֵּין אַשִׁיג רֵגלַיהוּן שׁקַל נַחתַּוהי וֵאסתּמֵכ וֵאמַר להוּן יָדעִין אנתּוּן מָנָא עֵבדֵּת לכוּן .   
John 13:12 - But when he had washed their feet, he took up his garments and reclined, and said to them, Know you what I have done for you ?   
John 13:12 - And when he had washed their feet, he resumed his long garments, and reclined. And he said to them: Understand ye what I have done to you ?   
John 13:12 - When he had washed their feet, he put on his robes and sat down; and he said to them, Do you know what I have done to you?   
John 13:12 - וַיְהִי אַחֲרֵי אֲשֶׁר־רָחַץ אֶת רַגְלֵיהֶם וַיִּלְבַּשׁ אֶת־בְּגָדָיו וַיָּשָׁב לְהָסֵב וַיֹּאמֶר אֲלֵיהֶם הַיְדַעְתֶּם מָה הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר עָשִׂיתִי לָכֶם׃   
John 13:13 - אַנתּוּן קָרֵין אנתּוּן לִי רַבַּן ומָרַן ושַׁפִּיר אָמרִין אנתּוּן אִיתַי גֵּיר .   
John 13:13 - You call me Our Master, and Our Lord; and well say you, for I am.   
John 13:13 - Ye call me, Our Rabbi, and Our Lord; and ye speak well; for I am so.   
John 13:13 - You call me, our Teacher and our Lord; and what you say is well, for I am.   
John 13:13 - אַתֶּם קֹרְאִים־לִי מוֹרֶה וְאָדוֹן וְהֵיטַבְתֶּם אֲשֶׁר דִּבַּרְתֶּם כִּי־אֲנִי הוּא׃   
John 13:14 - אֵן אֵנָא הָכִיל מָרכוּן ורַבּכוּן אַשִׁיגֵת לכוּן רֵגלַיכּוּן כּמָא אַנתּוּן חַיָבִין אנתּוּן דַּתשִׁיגוּן רֵגלֵא חַד דּחַד .   
John 13:14 - If I then, your Lord and your Master, have washed for you your feet, how much more ought you to wash the feet of one another ?   
John 13:14 - If then I, your Lord and your Rabbi, have washed your feet, how much more ought ye to wash the feet of one another ?    
John 13:14 - If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, how much more should you wash one another's feet?    
John 13:14 - לָכֵן אִם־אֲנִי הַמּוֹרֶה וְהָאָדוֹן רָחַצְתִּי אֶת־רַגְלֵיכֶם גַּם־אַתֶּם חַיָּבִים לִרְחֹץ אִישׁ אֶת־רַגְלֵי אָחִיו׃   
John 13:15 - הָנָא גֵּיר טוּפסָא יֵהבֵּת לכוּן דַּאיכַּנָא דֵּאנָא עֵבדֵּת לכוּן אָפ אַנתּוּן תֵּעבּדוּן .   
John 13:15 - For this pattern have I given you, that as I have done to you, you also should do.   
John 13:15 - For I have given you this example, that ye might do, as I have done to you.   
John 13:15 - For I have given you this as an example, so that just as I have done to you, you should also do.   
John 13:15 - כִּי מוֹפֵת נָתַתִּי לָכֶם לְמַעַן תַּעֲשׁוֹּ גַם־אַתֶּם כַּאֲשֶׁר עָשִׂיתִי לָכֶם׃   
John 13:16 - אַמִין אַמִין אָמַר אנָא לכוּן דּלַיתּ עַבדָּא דּרַבּ מֵן מָרֵה ולָא שׁלִיחָא דּרַבּ מֵן מַן דּשַׁדּרֵה .   
John 13:16 - Amen, amen, I say to you, The servant is not greater than his lord; nor (is) the apostle greater than he who sent him.    
John 13:16 - Verily, verily, I say to you, That no servant is greater than his lord; and no legate is greater than he who sent him.    
John 13:16 - Truly, truly, I say to you, There is no servant who is greater than his master; and no apostle who is greater than he who sent him.   
John 13:16 - אָמֵן אָמֵן אֲנִי אֹמֵר לָכֶם אֵין הָעֶבֶד גָּדוֹל מֵאֲדֹנָיו וְאֵין הַשָּׁלִיחַ גָּדוֹל מִשֹּׁלְחוֹ׃   
John 13:17 - אֵן הָלֵין תֵּדּעוּן טוּבָנֵא אַנתּוּן אֵן תֵּעבּדוּן אֵנֵין .    
John 13:17 - If these you know, happy are you if you do them.   
John 13:17 - If ye know these things, happy will ye be if ye do them.   
John 13:17 - If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.   
John 13:17 - אִם־יְדַעְתֶּם זֹאת אַשְׁרֵיכֶם בַּעֲשֹׁוֹתְכֶם כֵּן׃    
John 13:18 - לָא הוָא עַל כֻּלכוּן אָמַר אנָא יָדַע אנָא גֵּיר לַאילֵין דַּגבִית אֵלָא דַּכתָבָא נֵשׁלַם דּהַו דָּאכֵל עַמי לַחמָא אַרִים עלַי עֵקבֵה .    
John 13:18 - Not of all of you do I speak; for I know those whom I have chosen; but that the scripture might be fulfilled, that he who eateth bread with me hath lifted against me his heel.   
John 13:18 - Not of you all, do I speak: I know whom I have chosen. But that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me, hath lifted his heel against me.   
John 13:18 - I do not say this concerning all of you, for I know those whom I have chosen; but that the scripture might be fulfilled, He who eats bread with me has lifted up his heel against me.   
John 13:18 - לֹא עַל־כֻּלְּכֶם דִּבַּרְתִּי יוֹדֵעַ אֲנִי אֶת־אֲשֶׁר בָּחַרְתִּי בָהֶם אַךְ לְמַעַן יִמָּלֵא הַכָּתוּב אוֹכֵל לַחְמִי הִגְדִּיל עָלַי עָקֵב׃    
John 13:19 - מֵן הָשָׁא אָמַר אנָא לכוּן מֵן קדָם דּנֵהוֵא דּמָא דַּהוָא תּהַימנוּן דֵּאנָא אנָא .   
John 13:19 - Now I tell you before it shall be, that when it is done you may believe that I am.   
John 13:19 - From this time, I tell you, before it occurs, that when it shall occur, ye may know that I am he.   
John 13:19 - I tell you now before it happens, that when it happens, you may believe that I am he   
John 13:19 - מֵעַתָּה אֲנִי אֹמֵר לָכֶם בְּטֶרֶם הֱיוֹתָהּ לְמַעַן תָּבֹא וְהֶאֱמַנְתֶּם כִּי אֲנִי הוּא׃   
John 13:20 - אַמִין אַמִין אָמַר אנָא לכוּן דּמַן דַּמקַבֵּל למַן דַּמשַׁדַּר אנָא לִי מקַבֵּל ומַן דּלִי מקַבֵּל מקַבֵּל למַן דּשַׁדּרַני .   
John 13:20 - Amen, amen, I say to you, Whoever receiveth him whom I send receiveth me; and whoever receiveth me receiveth him who sent me.    
John 13:20 - Verily, verily, I say to you: He that receiveth him whom I send, receiveth me; and he that receiveth me, receiveth him that sent me.   
John 13:20 - Truly, truly, I say to you, He who receives him whom I send, receives me; and he who receives me receives him who sent me.   
John 13:20 - אָמֵן אָמֵן אֲנִי אֹמֵר לָכֶם כִּי כָל־הַמְקַבֵּל אֵת אֲשֶׁר אֶשְׁלָחֵהוּ אֹתִי מְקַבֵּל וְהַמְקַבֵּל אֹתִי מְקַבֵּל אֶת־שֹׁלְחִי׃    
John 13:21 - הָלֵין אֵמַר יֵשׁוּע וֵאתעַזַז בּרוּחֵה וַאסהֵד וֵאמַר אַמִין אַמִין אָמַר אנָא לכוּן דּחַד מֵנכוּן נַשׁלמַני .   
John 13:21 - These said Jeshu, and was agitated in his spirit, and testified, and said, Amen, amen, I say to you, That one of you shall betray me.   
John 13:21 - These things said Jesus, and he was agitated in his spirit; and he testified, and said: Verily, verily, I say to you, That one of you will betray me.   
John 13:21 - Jesus said these things, and he was disturbed in spirit, and testified and said, Truly, truly, I say to you, one of you will betray me.   
John 13:21 - וַיְהִי כְּכַלּוֹת יֵשׁוּעַ לְדַבֵּר הַדְּבָרִים הָאֵלֶּה וַיִּבָּהֵל בְּרוּחוֹ וַיָּעַד וַיֹּאמֶר אָמֵן אָמֵן אֲנִי אֹמֵר לָכֶם כִּי אֶחָד מִכֶּם יִמְסְרֵנִי׃   
John 13:22 - חָרו דֵּין תַּלמִידֵא חַד בּחַד מֵטֻל דּלָא יָדעִין הוַו דּעַל מַנוּ אֵמַר .   
John 13:22 - But the disciples looked one on the other, because they knew not concerning whom he spake.   
John 13:22 - And the disciples stared at one another; because they knew not, of whom he spake.   
John 13:22 - The disciples then looked at each other, because they did not know concerning whom he spoke.   
John 13:22 - וַיַּבִּיטוּ תַלְמִידָיו וַיִּתְמְהוּ אִישׁ אֶל־רֵעֵהוּ כִּי נָבוֹכוּ וְלֹא יָדְעוּ עַל־מִי דִבֵּר׃   
John 13:23 - אִית הוָא דֵּין מֵן תַּלמִידַוהי חַד דַּסמִיכ הוָא בּעוּבֵּה הַו דּרָחֵם הוָא לֵה יֵשׁוּע .   
John 13:23 - Now there was of his disciples one who reclined on his bosom; he whom Jeshu loved.   
John 13:23 - And there was one of his disciples, who was reclining on his bosom, he whom Jesus loved;   
John 13:23 - Now there was one of his disciples who was leaning on his bosom, the one whom Jesus loved.   
John 13:23 - וְאֶחָד מִתַּלְמִידָיו אֲשֶׁר יֵשׁוּעַ אֲהֵבוֹ מֵסֵב עַל־חֵיק יֵשׁוּעַ׃   
John 13:24 - להָנָא רמַז שֵׁמעוּן כּאִפָא דַּנשַׁאלִיוהי דּמַנוּ הַו דֵּאמַר עלַוהי .   
John 13:24 - To this signed Shemun Kipha that he would ask of whom it was that he spake.   
John 13:24 - to him Simon Cephas beckoned, that he should ask him, who it was of whom he spoke.   
John 13:24 - Simon Peter winked at to him, to ask him of whom he spoke.   
John 13:24 - וַיִּרְמָז־לוֹ שִׁמְעוֹן פֶּטְרוֹס לִדְרֹשׂ מִי־הוּא זֶה אֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר עָלָיו׃   
John 13:25 - וַנפַל הַו תַּלמִידָא עַל חַדיֵה דּיֵשׁוּע וֵאמַר לֵה מָרי מַנוּ הָנָא .   
John 13:25 - And that disciple fell upon the bosom of Jeshu, and said to him, My Lord, who is this?   
John 13:25 - And that disciple fell upon the breast of Jesus, and said to him: My Lord, which is he?   
John 13:25 - So that disciple leaned himself on the breast of Jesus, and said to him, My Lord, who is he?   
John 13:25 - וַיִּפֹל עַל־לֵב יֵשׁוּעַ וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו אֲדֹנִי מִי הוּא׃    
John 13:26 - ענָא יֵשׁוּע וֵאמַר הַו הוּ דּצָבַע אנָא לַחמָא יָהֵב אנָא לֵה וַצבַע יֵשׁוּע לַחמָא ויַהב לִיהוּדָא בַּר שֵׁמעוּן סכַריוּטָא .   
John 13:26 - Jeshu answered and said to him, He to whom I give the dipped bread. And Jeshu dipped the bread and gave it to Jihuda bar Shemun Scarjuta.   
John 13:26 - Jesus answered and said: He it is, to whom I give the bread when I have dipped it. And Jesus dipped the bread, and gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.   
John 13:26 - Jesus answered and said, The one for whom I dip bread and give to him. So Jesus dipped the bread, and gave it to Judas, the son of Simon of Iscariot.   
John 13:26 - וַיַּעַן יֵשׁוּעַ הִנֵּה זֶה הוּא אֲשֶׁר־אֶטְבֹּל פְּרוּסָתִי לְתִתָּהּ לוֹ וַיִּטְבֹּל אֶת־פְּרוּסָתוֹ וַיִּתֵּן אֶל־יְהוּדָה בֶן־שִׁמְעוֹן אִישׁ קְרִיּוֹת׃   
John 13:27 - ובָתַר לַחמָא הָידֵּין אֵתעַלַל בֵּה סָטָנָא וֵאמַר לֵה יֵשׁוּע מֵדֵּם דּעָבֵד אַנתּ עבֵד בַּעגַל .   
John 13:27 - Then after the bread Satana entered into him. And Jeshu said to him, What thou doest, do with speed !   
John 13:27 - And after the bread, then Satan entered into him. And Jesus said to him: What thou doest, do quickly.   
John 13:27 - And after the bread, Satan took possession of him. So Jesus said to him, What you are going to do, do it soon.    
John 13:27 - וְאַחֲרֵי בִלְעוֹ בָּא הַשָׂטָן אֶל־קִרְבּוֹ וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו יֵשׁוּעַ אֵת אֲשֶׁר־תַּעֲשֶׂה עֲשֵׂה מְהֵרָה׃   
John 13:28 - הָדֵא דֵּין לָא אנָשׁ יִדַע מֵן הָנוּן סמִיכֵא דּעַל מָנָא אֵמַר לֵה .    
John 13:28 - But this no man knew of those who reclined of what he spake to him.   
John 13:28 - And no one of those reclining, knew, wherefore he said this to him.   
John 13:28 - But no man of those who were sitting at the table understood what he said to him.   
John 13:28 - וּמִן־הַמְסֻבִּים לֹא־יָדַע אִישׁ עַל־מֶה דִּבֶּר אֵלָיו כָּזֹאת׃    
John 13:29 - אנָשִׁין גֵּיר סבַרו מֵטֻל דַּגלוּסקמָא צֵאדַוהי הוָא דִּיהוּדָא דּמֵפקַד פּקַד לֵה דּנֵזבֵּן מֵדֵּם דּמֵתבּעֵא לעַדעִדָא אַו דּנֵתֵּל מֵדֵּם למֵסכִּנֵא .   
John 13:29 - For some of them thought that as Jihuda had the purse, he had instructed him to buy something that should be required at the feast, or that he should give somewhat to the poor.   
John 13:29 - For some of them supposed, because the purse was in the hands of Judas, that Jesus expressly charged him to buy something needful for the feast, or that he should give something to the poor.

John 13:29 - כִּי יֵשׁ אֲשֶׁר חָשְׁבוּ כִּי־אָמַר אֵלָיו יֵשׁוּעַ קְנֵה־לָנוּ צָרְכֵי הֶחָג אוֹ לָתֵת לָאֶבְיוֹנִים יַעַן אֲשֶׁר כִּיס הַכֶּסֶף בְּיַד יְהוּדָה׃   
John 13:30 - הוּ דֵּין יִהוּדָא נסַב לַחמָא בַּר שָׁעתֵה וַנפַק לֵה לבַר לִליָא הוָא דֵּין כַּד נפַק .   
John 13:30 - But he, Jihuda, received the bread and immediately went out: and it was night when he went out.    
John 13:30 - And Judas took the bread at once, and went out of the house. And it was night when he went out.   
John 13:30 - Judas then received the bread and went outside immediately; it was night when he went out.

John 13:31 - וֵאמַר יֵשׁוּע הָשָׁא אֵשׁתַּבַּח בּרֵה דּאנָשָׁא וַאלָהָא אֵשׁתַּבַּח בֵּה .   
John 13:31 - AND Jeshu said, Now is glorified the Son of man, and Aloha is glorified in him.   
John 13:31 - And Jesus said: Now is the Son of man glorified; and God is glorified in him.   
John 13:31 - Jesus then said, Now the Son of man is glorified, and God is glorified by him.   
John 13:31 - הוּא יָצָא וְיֵשׁוּעַ אָמַר עַתָּה נִתְפָּאַר בֶּן־הָאָדָם וְהַאֱלֹהִים נִתְפָּאַר בּוֹ׃   
John 13:32 - וֵאן אַלָהָא אֵשׁתַּבַּח בֵּה וָאפ אַלָהָא משַׁבַּח לֵה בֵּה ומֵחדָא משַׁבַּח לֵה .   
John 13:32 - And if Aloha is glorified in him, Aloha shall glorify him in himself, and at once doth glorify him.   
John 13:32 - And if God is glorified in him, God will glorify him in himself; and will glorify him speedily.   
John 13:32 - If God is glorified by him, God will also glorify him by himself, and he will glorify him at once.

John 13:33 - בּנַי קַלִיל אחרִין עַמכוּן אנָא ותֵבעוּנָני וַאיכַּנָא דֵּאמרֵת לִיהוּדָיֵא דּלַאיכָּא דֵּאנָא אָזֵל אנָא אַנתּוּן לָא מֵשׁכּחִין אנתּוּן למֵאתָא וָאפ לכוּן אָמַר אנָא הָשָׁא .   
John 13:33 - My sons, a little longer I am with you, and you will seek me; and, as I said to the Jihudoyee, Whither I go you cannot come, so to you say I now.   
John 13:33 - My children, a little longer I am with you; and ye will seek for me; and, as I said to the Jews, Whither I go ye cannot come, so I now say to you.   
John 13:33 - My sons, I am with you yet a little while, and you will want me. And just as I said to the Jews, Where I go you cannot come; so now I tell you also.   
John 13:33 - בָּנַי עוֹד־מְעַט מִזְעָר אֶהְיֶה עִמָּכֶם אַתֶּם תְּבַקְשׁוּנִי וְכַאֲשֶׁר אָמַרְתִּי אֶל־הַיְּהוּדִים כִּי אֶל־אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי הוֹלֵךְ לֹא תוּכְלוּ לָבוֹא שָׁמָּה כֵּן אֲנִי אֹמֵר אֲלֵיכֶם עָתָּה׃    
John 13:34 - פּוּקדָּנָא חַדתָא יָהֵב אנָא לכוּן דַּהוַיתּוּן מַחבִין חַד לחַד אַיכַּנָא דֵּאנָא אַחֵבתּכוּן אָפ אַנתּוּן תַּחבוּן חַד לחַד .   
John 13:34 - A new commandment give I to you, that you should love one another; as I have loved you, so do you also love one another.

John 13:36 - Shemun Kipha said to him, Our Lord, whither goest thou ? Jeshu said to him, Whither I go, thou canst not now come after me; but at the last thou shalt come.    
John 13:36 - Simon Cephas said to him: Our Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered, and said to him: Whither I go, thou canst not now come after me; but thou wilt at last come.   
John 13:36 - Simon Peter said to him, Our Lord, where are you going? Jesus answered and said to him, Where I go, you cannot follow me now, but you will follow later   
John 13:36 - וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו פֶּטְרוֹס אֲדֹנִי אָנָה תֵלֵךְ וַיַּעַן אֹתוֹ יֵשׁוּעַ אֶל־אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי הוֹלֵךְ שָׁמָּה לֹא־תוּכַל עַתָּה לָלֶכֶת אַחֲרָי וְאַחֲרֵי־כֵן תֵּלֵךְ אַחֲרָי׃   
John 13:37 - אָמַר לֵה שֵׁמעוּן כּאִפָא מָרי למָנָא לָא מֵשׁכַּח אנָא דּאִתֵא בָּתרָכ הָשָׁא נַפשׁי חלָפַיכּ סָאֵם אנָא .   
John 13:37 - Shemun Kipha saith to him, My Lord, why cannot I come after thee now ? My life for thee lay I down.    
John 13:37 - Simon Cephas said to him: My Lord, why can I not come after thee? I would lay down my life for thee.   
John 13:37 - Simon Peter said to him, My Lord, why can I not follow you now? I will even lay down my life for you.   
John 13:37 - וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו פֶּטְרוֹס מַדּוֹע לֹא־אוּכַל עַתָּה לָלֶכֶת אַחֲרֶיךָ הֵן־נַפְּשִׁי אֶתֵּן בְּעַד־נַפְשֶׁךָ׃   
John 13:38 - אָמַר לֵה יֵשׁוּע נַפשָׁכ חלָפַי סָאֵם אַנתּ אַמִין אַמִין אָמַר אנָא לָכ דּלָא נֵקרֵא תַּרנָגלָא עדַמָא דּתֵכפּוּר בִּי תּלָת זַבנִין .    
John 13:38 - Jeshu saith to him, Dost thou lay down thy life for me ! Amen, amen, I tell thee, That the cock will not crow, until thou shalt have denied me three times.    
John 13:38 - Jesus said to him: Wouldst thou lay down thy life for me? Verily, verily, I say to thee, The cock will not crow, until thou hast three times denied me.

John 14:1 - לָא נֵתּדַּוַד לֵבּכוּן הַימֵנו בַּאלָהָא ובִי הַימֵנו .    
John 14:1 - LET not your heart be troubled: believe in Aloha, and in me believe.

John 14:2 - Many are the mansions of my Father's house: and if not, I would have told you; for I go to prepare for you a place.

John 14:3 - וֵאן אִזַל אֵטַיֵב לכוּן אַתרָא תּוּב אִתֵא וֵאדבַּרכוּן לוָתי דַּאיכָּא דֵּאנָא אִיתַי אָפ אַנתּוּן תֵּהווּן .   
John 14:3 - And if I go to prepare for you a place, I will come again and take you with me, that where I am you also may be.

John 14:6 - Jeshu saith to him, I (am) the way, and the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto my Father unless by me.

John 14:7 - But if me you had known, my Father also would you have known: and henceforth you know him and have seen him.

John 14:9 - Jeshu saith to him, All this time have I been with you, and hast thou not known me, Philip? He who me seeth, seeth the Father; and how sayest thou, Show us the Father ?

John 14:10 - לָא מהַימֵן אַנתּ דֵּאנָא בָּאבי וָאבי בִּי מֵלֵא אַילֵין דֵּאנָא ממַלֵל אנָא מֵן נַפשׁי לָא ממַלֵל אנָא אָבי דֵּין דּבִי עָמַר הוּ עָבֵד עבָדֵא הָלֵין .   
John 14:10 - Believest thou not that I am in my Father and my Father in me ? And these words that I speak, I speak not from myself, but my Father who dwelleth in me, he doeth these works.

John 14:11 - הַימֵנו דֵּאנָא בָּאבי וָאבי בִּי וֵאלָא אָפֵן מֵטֻל עבָדֵא הַימֵנו .    
John 14:11 - Believe that I am in my Father and my Father in me; and if not, even on account of the works, believe.    
John 14:11 - Believe, that I am in my Father, and my Father in me. And if not, believe, at least, on account of the works.

John 14:12 - Amen, amen, I say to you, That whosoever believeth in me, these works that I do shall he do also; and more than these shall he do, because I go unto my Father.   
John 14:12 - Verily, verily, I say to you: He that believeth in me, the works which I do, will he also do. And greater than these will he do, because I go unto my Father.

John 14:13 - And whatsoever you shall ask in my name, I will do for you, that the Father may be glorified in his Son.

John 14:17 - רוּחָא דַּשׁרָרָא הַו דּעָלמָא לָא מֵשׁכַּח לַמקַבָּלוּתֵה מֵטֻל דּלָא חזָיהי ולָא יַדעֵה אַנתּוּן דֵּין יָדעִין אנתּוּן לֵה דַּלוָתכוּן עָמַר וַבכוּן הוּ .   
John 14:17 - the Spirit of truth, he whom the world cannot receive, because it doth not see him, nor know him. But you know him; for with you he dwelleth, and in you is.

John 14:18 - לָא שָׁבֵק אנָא לכוּן יַתמֵא אָתֵא אנָא גֵּיר לוָתכוּן קַלִיל אחרִין .    
John 14:18 - I will not leave you orphans; for I will come to you a little after.

John 14:18 - לֹא אֶעֱזָבְכֶם יְתוֹמִים אָבוֹאָה אֲלֵיכֶם׃   
John 14:19 - ועָלמָא לָא חָזֵא לִי אַנתּוּן דֵּין תֵּחזוּנָני דֵּאנָא חַי אָפ אַנתּוּן תִּחוּן .   
John 14:19 - And the world seeth me not, but you shall see me; for because I live, you also shall live.

John 14:20 - In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.

John 14:21 - מַן דּאִית לוָתֵה פּוּקדָּנַי ונָטַר להוּן הַו הוּ מַחֵב לִי הַו דֵּין דּרָחֵם לִי נֵתרחֵם מֵן אָבי וֵאנָא אֵרחמִיוהי וֵאחַוֵיוהי נַפשׁי .    
John 14:21 - He who hath my commandments and keepeth them is he who loveth me; and he who loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest to him myself.    
John 14:21 - He, with whom are my commands, and who keepeth them, he it is that loveth me. And he that loveth me, will be loved by my Father: and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

John 14:22 - אָמַר לֵה יִהוּדָא לָא הוָא סכַריוּטָא מָרי מָנַו לַן עתִיד אַנתּ לַמחַוָיוּ נַפשָׁכ ולָא הוָא לעָלמָא .   
John 14:22 - Jihuda saith to him, (it was not Scarjuta,) My Lord, how to us wilt thou manifest thyself, and not to the world ?    
John 14:22 - Judas, not Iscariot, said to him: My Lord, how is it that thou art to manifest thyself to us, and not to the world?

John 14:23 - ענָא יֵשׁוּע וֵאמַר לֵה מַן דּרָחֵם לִי מֵלַתי נָטַר וָאבי נֵרחמִיוהי וַלוָתֵה אָתֵין חנַן וַאוָנָא לוָתֵה עָבדִּין חנַן .   
John 14:23 - Jeshu replied, and said to him, He who loveth me, my word keepeth, and my Father will love him, and unto him we come, and a dwelling-place [A mansion.] with him we make.

John 14:24 - But he who loveth me not, keepeth not my word. And the word that you hear is not mine, but of the Father who sent me.

John 14:26 - But he, the Paraclete, the Spirit of Holiness, whom the Father sendeth in my name, he shall teach you every thing, and he shall remind you of all that I have said to you.

John 14:28 - You have heard what I have told you, that I go, and come to you (again). If you had loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I go to my Father; for my Father is greater than I.

John 15:2 - כֻּל שׁבִשׁתָּא דּבִי פּאִרֵא לָא יָהבָּא שָׁקֵל לָה וַאידָא דּיָהבָּא פּאִרֵא מדַכֵּא לָה דּפאִרֵא סַגִּיֵאא תַּיתֵּא .   
John 15:2 - Every branch which in me giveth not fruits he taketh away; and that which giveth fruits he cleanseth, that more fruits it may give.

John 15:3 - Now are you clean because of the word which I have spoken with you.

John 15:4 - Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot give fruits of itself if it abide not in the vine, so also cannot you, if you abide not in me.

John 15:5 - I am the vine, and you the branches. Whoso abideth in me, and I in him, this produceth much fruits, because without me you cannot do any thing.

John 15:6 - But if a man abide not in me, he is cast without, as a withered branch; and, gathering, they cast it into the fire to burn.

John 15:7 - אֵן דֵּין תּקַווּן בִּי ומֵלַי נקַויָן בּכוּן כֻּל מָא דּתֵצבּוּן למֵשַׁאל נֵהוֵא לכוּן .   
John 15:7 - But if you abide in me, and my words abide in you, all whatever you will to ask shall be unto you.

John 15:8 - IN this is glorified my Father, that much fruit you give, and be my disciples.

John 15:10 - If my commandments you will keep, you shall abide in my love; as I have kept the commandments of my Father, and abide in his love.

John 15:15 - לֹא־אֶקְרָא לָכֶם עוֹד עֲבָדִים כִּי הָעֶבֶד אֵינֶנּוּ יֹדֵעַ אֶת־אֲשֶׁר יַעֲשֶׂה אֲדֹנָיו וְאָמַרְתִּי יְדִידַי אַתֶּם כִּי כָל־אֲשֶׁר שָׁמַעְתִּי מֵאֵת אָבִי הוֹדַעְתִּי אֶתְכֶם׃   
John 15:16 - לָא הוָא אַנתּוּן גּבַיתּוּנָני אֵלָא אֵנָא הוּ גּבִיתכוּן וסָמתּכוּן דָּאפ אַנתּוּן תּאִזֻלון תַּיתּוּן פּאִרֵא ופאִרַיכּוּן נקַווּן דּכֻל דּתֵשֵׁאלוּן לָאבי בּשֵׁמי נֵתֵּל לכוּן .   
John 15:16 - You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and placed you, that you also may go (and) yield much fruit; and your fruit shall remain, because all that you shall ask the Father in my name, he will give to you.   
John 15:16 - It is not ye that chose me, but I that have chosen you; and I have appointed you, that ye also should go and yield fruits, and that your fruits should continue; so that whatever ye may ask of my Father in my name, he may give it you.   
John 15:16 - You did not choose me, but I chose you, and I have appointed you, that you also should go and produce fruit, and that your fruit might remain; so that whatever you ask my Father in my name, he will give it to you   
John 15:16 - לֹא אַתֶּם בְּחַרְתֶּם בִּי כִּי אִם־אָנֹכִי בָּחַרְתִּי בָכֶם וְהִפְקַדְתִּי אֶתְכֶם לָלֶכֶת וְלַעֲשׂוֹת פֶּרִי וּפֶרְיְכֶם יָקוּם וְהָיָה כֹּל אֲשֶׁר תִּשְׁאֲלוּ מֵאָבִי בִּשְׁמִי יִתֵּן לָכֶם׃   
John 15:17 - הָלֵין מפַקֵד אנָא לכוּן דּתַחבוּן חַד לחַד .   
John 15:17 - These I command you, That you love one another.

John 15:18 - וֵאן עָלמָא סָנֵא לכוּן דַּעו דַּקדָמַיכּוּן לִי סנָא .    
John 15:18 - And if the world hate you, know that, before you, it hated me.

John 15:18 - אִם־הָעוֹלָם שׂנֵא אֶתְכֶם דְּעוּ כִּי אֹתִי שָׂנֵא רִאשׁוֹנָה׃    
John 15:19 - וֵאלוּ מֵן עָלמָא הוַיתּוּן עָלמָא לדִילֵה רָחֵם הוָא אֵלָא לָא הוַיתּוּן מֵן עָלמָא אֵנָא גֵּיר גּבִיתכוּן מֵן עָלמָא מֵטֻל הָנָא סָנֵא לכוּן עָלמָא .   
John 15:19 - And if of the world you were, the world its own would have loved; but you are not of the world, for I have chosen you from the world; on which account the world hateth you.   
John 15:19 - And if ye were of the world, the world would love what is of it. But ye are not of the world, for I have chosen you out of the world; for this cause, the world hateth you.

John 15:20 - עֵהַדו מֵלתָא דֵּאנָא אֵמרֵת לכוּן דּלַיתּ עַבדָּא דּרַבּ מֵן מָרֵה אֵן לִי רדַפו אָפ לכוּן נֵרדּפוּן וֵאן מֵלַתי נטַרו אָפ דִּילכוּן נֵטרוּן .    
John 15:20 - Remember the word which I spake with you, That there is no servant who is greater than his lord. If me they have persecuted, you also will they persecute; and if my word they had kept, yours also would they keep.

John 15:21 - אֵלָא הָלֵין כֻּלהֵין נֵעבּדוּן בּכוּן מֵטֻל שֵׁמי דִּילי דּלָא יָדעִין למַן דּשַׁדּרַני .   
John 15:21 - But these all will they do to you on account of my name, because they know not Him who sent me.

John 15:22 - אֵלוּ אֵנָא לָא אֵתִית מַללֵת עַמהוּן לַיתּ הוָת להוּן חטִיתָא הָשָׁא דֵּין לַיתּ להוּן עֵלתָא עַל אַפַּי חטִיתהוּן .   
John 15:22 - If I had not come and spoken with them, they had not had sin; but now have they no pretext for their sins. [Or, no cause on the faces of their sins.]   
John 15:22 - If I had not come and discoursed with them, sin would not have been to them; but now there is no excuse for their sins.   
John 15:22 - If I had not come and spoken to them, they would be without sin; but now they have no excuse for their sins.    
John 15:22 - לוּלֵא בָאתִי וְדִבַּרְתִּי אֲלֵיכֶם לֹא־הָיָה בָּהֶם חֵטְא וְעַתָּה לֹא יוּכְלוּן לְהִתְנַצֵּל עַל־חַטֹּאתָם׃   
John 15:23 - מַן דּלִי סָנֵא וָאפ לָאבי סָנֵא .   
John 15:23 - He who hateth me, my Father also hateth.    
John 15:23 - He that hateth me, hateth my Father also.    
John 15:23 - He who hates me, hates my Father also.    
John 15:23 - הַשּׂנֵא אֹתִי יִשְׂנָא גַּם־אֶת־אָבִי׃   
John 15:24 - וֵאלוּ עבָדֵא לָא עֵבדֵּת לעִנַיהוּן אַילֵין דּאנָשׁ אחרִין לָא עבַד לַיתּ הוָא להוּן חטִיתָא הָשָׁא דֵּין וַחזַו וַסנַו אָפ לִי וָאפ לָאבי .    
John 15:24 - And if the works I had not done before their eyes which no other man hath done, they had not had sin; but now they have seen and hated both me and my Father; [Also me, and also my Father.]   
John 15:24 - If I had not wrought before them works which no other person ever did, sin would not have been to them: but now they have seen, and have hated, both me and my Father;

John 15:25 - דּתֵתמַלֵא מֵלתָא דַּכתִיבָא בּנָמוּסהוּן דַּסנַאוּני מַגָּן .    
John 15:25 - that the word may be fulfilled which is written in their law, They hated me undeservedly.   
John 15:25 - so that in them will be fulfilled the word which is written in their law: They hated me, without a cause.    
John 15:25 - So that the word which is written in their law may be fulfilled, They hated me for no reason.   
John 15:25 - אַךְ לְמַלּאת דְּבַר־הַכָּתוּב בְּתוֹרָתָם שִׂנְאַת חִנָּם שְׂנֵאוּנִי׃   
John 15:26 - מָא דֵּין דֵּאתָא פַּרַקלִטָא הַו דֵּאנָא משַׁדַּר אנָא לכוּן מֵן לוָת אָבי רוּחָא דַּשׁרָרָא הַו דּמֵן לוָת אָבי נָפֵק הוּ נַסהֵד עלַי .    
John 15:26 - But when the Paraclete cometh, He whom I will send unto you from my Father, the Spirit of Truth, He who from my Father cometh forth, He shall testify of me.   
John 15:26 - But when the Comforter shall come, whom I will send to you from my Father, that Spirit of truth who proceedeth from the Father, He will testify of me.   
John 15:26 - But when the Comforter comes, whom I will send to you from my Father, the Spirit of truth which proceeds from my Father, he will testify concerning me.   
John 15:26 - וּבְבוֹא הַפְּרַקְלִיט אֲשֶׁר אֶשְׁלַח לָכֶם מֵאֵת אָבִי רוּחַ הַאֱמֶת הַיּוֹצֵא מֵאֵת אָבִי הוּא יָעִיד עָלָי׃   
John 15:27 - אָפ אַנתּוּן סָהדִּין אנתּוּן דּמֵן שׁוּרָיָא עַמי אַנתּוּן .    
John 15:27 - You also testify, because from the beginning are you with me.    
John 15:27 - And do ye also testify; for ye have been with me from the beginning.   
John 15:27 - And you also will testify because you have been with me from the beginning.   
John 15:27 - וְגַם־אַתֶּם תָּעִידוּ כִּי מֵרֹאשׁ הֱיִיתֶם עִמָּדִי׃    
John 16:1 - הָלֵין מַללֵת עַמכוּן דּלָא תֵּתכַּשׁלוּן .   
John 16:1 - These have I spoken with you, that you may not be offended.   
John 16:1 - These things have I said to you, that ye may not be stumbled.   
John 16:1 - I HAVE spoken these things to you, so that you may not stumble.   
John 16:1 - אֶת אֵלֶּה דִּבַּרְתִּי אֲלֵיכֶם לְמַעַן לֹא תִכָּשֵׁלוּ׃    
John 16:2 - נַפּקוּנָכוּן גֵּיר מֵן כּנוּשָׁתהוּן ותאִתֵא שָׁעתָא דּכֻל דּנֵקטוּלכוּן נַסבַּר דּקוּרבָּנָא מקַרֵב לַאלָהָא .   
John 16:2 - They shall cast you out from their synagogues; and the hour cometh when every one who shall kill you will think that a sacrifice he offereth unto Aloha.   
John 16:2 - For they will eject you from their synagogues; and the hour will come, that whoever shall kill you, will suppose that he presenteth an offering to God.   
John 16:2 - For they will put you out of their synagogues; and the hour will come that whoever kills you, will think that he has offered an offering to God.   
John 16:2 - הִנֵּה יְנַדּוּ אֶתְכֶם וְאַף בָּאָה שָׁעָה אֲשֶׁר כָּל־הֹרֵג אֶתְכֶם יְדַמֶּה לַעֲשׂוֹת עֲבוֹדָה לֵאלֹהִים׃   
John 16:3 - והָלֵין נֵעבּדוּן מֵטֻל דּלָא יִדַעו ולָא לָאבי ולָא לִי .    
John 16:3 - And these will they do, because they have not known either my Father or me.    
John 16:3 - And these things will they do, because they have not known either my Father, or me.

John 16:4 - הָלֵין מַללֵת עַמכוּן דּמָא דֵּאתָא עֵדָּנהֵין תֵּעהדּוּן אֵנֵין דֵּאנָא אֵמרֵת לכוּן הָלֵין דֵּין מֵן קדִים לָא אֵמרֵת לכוּן דּעַמכוּן הוִית .    
John 16:4 - THESE have I spoken with you, that when their time hath come you may remember that I told you. But these at first I did not tell you, because with you I was.   
John 16:4 - These things have I spoken to you, that when the time of them cometh, ye may recollect, that I told you of them. And I did not tell you these things from the beginning, because I was with you.    
John 16:4 - I have spoken these things to you, that when their time does come, you may remember them, and that I told you. And these things I did not tell you before, because I was with you.   
John 16:4 - אֲבָל הִגַּדְתִּי לָכֶם אֶת־אֵלֶּה לְמַעַן אֲשֶׁר־תִּזְכְּרוּ בְּבֹא הַשָּׁעָה כִּי אָנֹכִי דִבַּרְתִּי אֲלֵיכֶם וּמֵרֹאשׁ לֹא־דִּבַּרְתִּי אֲלֵיכֶם כָּאֵלֶּה כִּי הָיִיתִי עִמָּכֶם׃   
John 16:5 - הָשָׁא דֵּין אָזֵל אנָא לוָת מַן דּשַׁדּרַני ולָא אנָשׁ מֵנכוּן משַׁאֵל לִי לַאיכָּא אָזֵל אַנתּ .   
John 16:5 - But now I go unto Him who sent me; and no man of you asketh me, Whither goest thou?   
John 16:5 - But now, I am going to Him that sent me; and none of you asketh me, Whither goest thou?   
John 16:5 - But now I am going to him who sent me, and yet no one of you asks me, Where are you going   
John 16:5 - וְעַתָּה הֹלֵךְ אָנֹכִי אֶל־שֹׁלְחִי וְלֹא יִשְׁאָלֵנִי אִישׁ מִכֶּם אָנָה תֵלֵךְ׃   
John 16:6 - אֵמרֵת לכוּן גֵּיר הָלֵין וֵאתָת כַּריוּתָא וַמלָת לֵבַּוָתכוּן .    
John 16:6 - For I have told you these, and sorrow hath come and filled your hearts.   
John 16:6 - And because I have told you these things, sorrow hath come and hath filled your hearts.   
John 16:6 - But because I told you these things, sorrow has come and filled your hearts.   
John 16:6 - וְעַצֶּבֶת מָלְאָה לְבַבְכֶם עַל־דַּבְּרִי אֶת־אֵלֶּה אֲלֵיכֶם׃    
John 16:7 - אֵלָא אֵנָא שׁרָרָא אָמַר אנָא לכוּן דּפַקָח לכוּן דֵּאנָא אִזַל אֵן גֵּיר אֵנָא לָא אָזֵל אנָא פַּרַקלִטָא לָא אָתֵא לוָתכוּן אֵן דֵּין אִזַל אֵשַׁדּרִיוהי לוָתכוּן .   
John 16:7 - But I the truth say to you, That it is needful for you that I go; for if I go not, the Paraclete cometh not to you. But if I go, I will send him to you.   
John 16:7 - But I tell you the truth, that it is profitable for you that I go away; for, if I go not away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.   
John 16:7 - But I tell you the truth, It is better for you that I should go away; for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I should go, I will send him to you.   
John 16:7 - אוּלָם אֱמֶת אַגִּיד לָכֶם כִּי לֶכְתִּי אַךְ־טוֹב לָכֶם כִּי אִם־לֹא אֵלֵךְ לֹא־יָבֹא אֲלֵיכֶם הַפְּרַקְלִיט וְאִם־הָלַכְתִּי אֶשְׁלָחֵהוּ אֲלֵיכֶם׃    
John 16:8 - ומָא דֵּאתָא הוּ נַכּסִיוהי לעָלמָא עַל חטִיתָא ועַל זַדִּיקוּתָא ועַל דִּינָא .   
John 16:8 - And when he hath come, he will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment.   
John 16:8 - And when he is come, he will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment.   
John 16:8 - And when he is come, he will rebuke the world concerning sin, concerning righteousness, and concerning judgment.    
John 16:8 - וְהָיָה כִּי־יָבֹא וְהוֹכִיחַ אֶת־הָעוֹלָם עַל־דְּבַר הַחֵטְא וְהַצֶּדֶק וְהַמִּשְׁפָּט׃   
John 16:9 - עַל חטִיתָא דּלָא מהַימנִין בִּי .   
John 16:9 - Of sin, because they believe not in me;

John 16:9 - Concerning sin, because they do not believe in me;   
John 16:9 - עַל־הַחֵטְא כִּי לֹא־הֶאֱמִינוּ בִי׃   
John 16:10 - עַל זַדִּיקוּתָא דֵּין דַּלוָת אָבי אָזֵל אנָא ולָא תּוּב חָזֵין אנתּוּן לִי .   
John 16:10 - but of righteousness, because unto my Father I go, and you see me not again;   
John 16:10 - and of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more:   
John 16:10 - Concerning righteousness, because I go to my Father, and you will not see me again;   
John 16:10 - וְעַל־הַצֶּדֶק כִּי אֵלֵךְ אֶל־אָבִי וְלֹא תוֹסִיפוּ לִרְאוֹת אֹתִי׃    
John 16:11 - עַל דִּינָא דֵּין דַּארכוּנָא דּעָלמָא הָנָא דִּין הוּ .    
John 16:11 - but of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.   
John 16:11 - and of Judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.   
John 16:11 - Concerning judgment, because the leader of this world has been judged.   
John 16:11 - וְעַל־הַמִּשְׁפָּט כִּי נִדּוֹן שַׂר הָעוֹלָם הַזֶּה׃    
John 16:12 - תּוּב סַגִּי אִית לִי למאִמַר לכוּן אֵלָא לָא מֵשׁכּחִין אנתּוּן למֵאחַד הָשָׁא .   
John 16:12 - I have yet much to tell you, but you cannot now apprehend;   
John 16:12 - Moreover, I have much to say to you: but ye cannot comprehend [it] now.   
John 16:12 - Again, I have many other things to tell you, but you cannot grasp them now.   
John 16:12 - עוֹד רַבּוֹת לִי לְהַגִּיד לָכֶם אַךְ לֹא־תוּכְלוּן שְׂאֵת עָתָּה׃    
John 16:13 - מָא דֵּאתָא דֵּין רוּחָא דַּשׁרָרָא הוּ נדַבַּרכוּן בּכֻלֵה שׁרָרָא לָא גֵּיר נמַלֵל מֵן רֵעיָן נַפשֵׁה אֵלָא כֻּל דּנֵשׁמַע הַו נמַלֵל וַעתִידָתָא נַודַּעכוּן .   
John 16:13 - but when the Spirit of Truth hath come, he will lead you into all the truth; for he will not speak of himself; [From his own mind.] but all that he shall hear he will speak, and the things to come [The futurities.] will he make known to you.   
John 16:13 - But when the Spirit of truth shall come, he will lead you into all the truth. For he will not speak from his own mind; but whatever he heareth, that will he speak: and he will make known to you things to come.   
John 16:13 - But when the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak from himself, but what he hears that he will speak; and he will make known to you things which are to come in the future.   
John 16:13 - וְרוּחַ הָאֱמֶת בְּבֹאוֹ הוּא יַדְרִיךְ אֶתְכֶם אֶל־הָאֱמֶת כֻּלָּהּ כִּי לֹא יְדַבֵּר מֵעַצְמוֹ כִּי אִם־אֲשֶׁר יִשְׁמַע יְדַבֵּר וְהָאֹתִיּוֹת יַגִּיד לָכֶם׃   
John 16:14 - והוּ נשַׁבּחַני מֵטֻל דּמֵן דִּילי נֵסַב וַנחַוֵיכוּן .    
John 16:14 - He will glorify me, because of mine he will take and will show you.   
John 16:14 - He will glorify me; because he will receive of what is mine, and will show [it] to you.   
John 16:14 - He will glorify me; because he will take of my own and show to you.   
John 16:14 - הוּא יְפָאֲרֵנִי כִּי מִשֶּׁלִּי יִקַּח וְיַגִּיד לָכֶם׃    
John 16:15 - כֻּל מֵדֵּם דּאִית לָאבי דִּילי הוּ מֵטֻל הָנָא אֵמרֵת לכוּן דּמֵן דִּילי נֵסַב וַנחַוֵיכוּן .   
John 16:15 - All whatever that the Father hath is mine: on this account I have said to you, That of mine he will take, and will show you.    
John 16:15 - Whatever the Father hath, is mine: therefore said I to you that he will receive of what is mine, and will show [it] to you.   
John 16:15 - Everything that my Father has is mine; this is the reason why I told you that he will take of my own and show to you.

John 16:16 - קַלִיל ולָא תֵּחזוּנָני ותוּב קַלִיל ותֵחזוּנָני דָּאזֵל אנָא לוָת אַבָא .   
John 16:16 - A LITTLE (time), and you will not see me; and again a little, and you shall see me, because I go to the Father.    
John 16:16 - A little while, and ye will not see me; and again a little while, and ye will see me; because I go to the Father.    
John 16:16 - A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me, because I am going to the Father.    
John 16:16 - הֵן־מְעַט וְלֹא תִרְאוּנִי וְעוֹד־מְעַט וְתֶחֱזוּנִי (כִּי־אֲנִי הֹלֵךְ אֶל־אָבִי)׃   
John 16:17 - וֵאמַרו הוַו תַּלמִידַוהי חַד לחַד מָנָא הי הָדֵא דֵּאמַר לַן דּקַלִיל ולָא תֵּחזוּנָני ותוּב קַלִיל ותֵחזוּנָני ודָאזֵל אנָא לוָת אָבי .    
John 16:17 - And the disciples said one to another, What is this that he saith to us? A little (time), and you will not see me; and again a little (while), and you shall see me, and because I go to my Father.    
John 16:17 - And his disciples said one to another: What is this that he saith to us, A little while, and ye will not see me and again a little while, and ye will see me, because I go to my Father ?    
John 16:17 - Then his disciples said to one another, What is this that he said to us, A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me; and, because I am going to my Father?    
John 16:17 - וּמִקְצָת תַּלְמִידָיו נִדְבְּרוּ אִישׁ אֶל־אָחִיו לֵאמֹר מָה אָמְרוֹ אֵלֵינוּ הֵן־מְעַט וְלֹא תִרְאוּנִי וְעוֹד־מְעַט וְתֶחֱזוּנִי וְאָמְרוֹ אֲנִי הֹלֵךְ אֶל־אָבִי׃   
John 16:18 - וָאמרִין הוַו מָנָא הי הָדֵא קַלִיל דֵּאמַר לָא יָדעִינַן מָנָא ממַלֵל .   
John 16:18 - And they said, What is this little (time of) which he hath spoken?   
John 16:18 - And they said: What is this little while, of which he speaketh? We know not what he saith.   
John 16:18 - And they said, What is this that he said, A little while? We cannot understand what he talks about.   
John 16:18 - וַיֹּאמְרוּ מָה אָמְרוֹ מְעָט לֹא יָדַעְנוּ מַה־דִּבֵּר׃    
John 16:19 - יֵשׁוּע דֵּין יִדַע דּבָעֵין הוַו לַמשַׁאָלוּתֵה וֵאמַר להוּן עַל הָדֵא בָּעֵין אנתּוּן עַם חדָדֵא דֵּאמרֵת לכוּן דּקַלִיל ולָא תֵּחזוּנָני ותוּב קַלִיל ותֵחזוּנָני .   
John 16:19 - We know not what he saith. But Jeshu knew that they sought to ask him; and he said to them, Concerning this do you inquire together that I told you, A little (time), and you will not see me; and again a little, and you shall see me ?   
John 16:19 - And Jesus knew, that they desired to ask him; and he said to them: Are ye debating with each other, of what I said to you, A little while, and ye will not see me, and again a little while, and ye will see me?   
John 16:19 - Jesus knew that they desired to ask him, and he said to them, Are you inquiring among yourselves concerning this, that I told you, A little while, and you will not see me; and again a little while, and you will see me?   
John 16:19 - וַיֵּדַע יֵשׁוּעַ כִּי עִם־לְבָבָם לִשְׁאֹל אֹתוֹ וַיֹּאמֶר אֲלֵיהֶם הַעַל הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה תִּדְרְשׁוּ זֶה אֶת־זֶה כִּי אָמַרְתִּי הֵן־מְעַט וְלֹא תִרְאוּנִי וְעוֹד־מְעַט וְתֶחֱזוּנִי׃   
John 16:20 - אַמִין אַמִין אָמַר אנָא לכוּן דּתֵבכּוּן אַנתּוּן ותֵאלוּן ועָלמָא נֵחדֵּא וַלכוּן תֵּכרֵא אֵלָא כַּריוּתכוּן לחַדוּתָא תֵּהוֵא .   
John 16:20 - Amen, amen, I tell you, That you will weep and lament, and the world will rejoice; and to you shall be sorrow; but your sorrow shall become joy.   
John 16:20 - Verily, verily, I say to you, That ye will weep and lament: And the world will rejoice, while to you will be sorrow. But your sorrow will be turned to joy.   
John 16:20 - Truly, truly, I say to you, that you will weep and wail, and yet the world will rejoice; and you will be sad, but your sadness will be changed into gladness

John 16:21 - אַנתּתָא מָא דּיָלדָּא כָּריָא לָה דַּמטָא יַומָא דּמַולָדָה מָא דּיֵלדַּת דֵּין בּרָא לָא עָהדָּא אוּלצָנָה מֵטֻל חַדוּתָא דֵּאתִילֵד בַּרנָשָׁא בּעָלמָא .   
John 16:21 - A woman, when she travaileth, hath sorrow, that the day hath come for her giving birth; but when she hath borne a son, she remembereth not her anguish, for joy that a child of man hath been born into the world.   
John 16:21 - A woman, in bringing forth, hath sorrow, for the day of her travail hath come: but when she hath brought forth a son, she remembereth not her anguish, because of the joy that a human being is born into the world.   
John 16:21 - When a woman is in travail, she is depressed, because her day has arrived; but when she has given birth to a son, she no longer remembers her troubles, because of the joy that a male child is born into the world.   
John 16:21 - הָאִשָּׁה כִּי תַקְרִיב לָלֶדֶת עֶצֶב לָהּ כִּי מָלְאוּ יָמֶיהָ וְאַחֲרֵי לִדְתָּהּ אֶת־הַיֶּלֶד לֹא־תִזְכֹּר עוֹד אֶת־עִצְּבוֹנָהּ וְהִיא שְׂמֵחָה כִּי־אָדָם נוֹלַד לָעוֹלָם׃   
John 16:22 - אָפ אַנתּוּן הָשָׁא כַּריָא לכוּן תּוּב דֵּין אֵחזֵיכוּן ונֵחדֵּא לֵבּכוּן וחַדוַתכוּן לָא אנָשׁ נָסֵב מֵנכוּן .   
John 16:22 - You also now have sorrow; but again I will see you, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.    
John 16:22 - Ye also now have sorrow; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and no one will deprive you of your joy.    
John 16:22 - So you also are depressed; but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no man will take away from you.

John 16:23 - וַבהַו יַומָא לִי לָא תֵּשֵׁאלוּן מֵדֵּם אַמִין אַמִין אָמַר אנָא לכוּן דּכֻל מֵדֵּם דּתֵשֵׁאלוּן לָאבי בּשֵׁמי נֵתֵּל לכוּן .   
John 16:23 - And in that day you will ask me nothing. Amen, amen, I tell you, That whatsoever you shall ask my Father in my name, he will give you.   
John 16:23 - And in that day ye will ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say to you, That whatsoever ye shall ask of my Father in my name, he will give to you.

John 16:24 - עדַמָא להָשָׁא לָא שֵׁאלתּוּן מֵדֵּם בּשֵׁמי שַׁאלו ותֵסבוּן דּתֵהוֵא חַדוַתכוּן משַׁמליָא .   
John 16:24 - Hitherto you have not asked any thing in my name : [Some copies add here, Velo medem, and not any thing.] ask, and receive, that your joy may be full.    
John 16:24 - Hitherto ye have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and ye will receive; that your joy may be complete.

John 16:25 - הָלֵין בּפֵלָאתָא מַללֵת עַמכוּן אָתיָא דֵּין שָׁעתָא אֵמַתי דּלָא אֵמַלֵל עַמכוּן בּפֵלָאתָא אֵלָא עִין בַּגלֵא אֵבַדֵּק לכוּן עַל אַבָא .    
John 16:25 - These in parables I have spoken with you; but the hour cometh when I will not speak with you in parables, but manifestly; and I will announce to you concerning the Father.   
John 16:25 - These things have I spoken to you in allegories: but the hour will come, when I shall not speak to you in allegories, but I will speak to you plainly of the Father.

John 16:26 - בּהַו יַומָא דּתֵשֵׁאלוּן בּשֵׁמי ולָא אָמַר אנָא לכוּן דֵּאנָא אֵבעֵא מֵן אַבָא עלַיכּוּן .   
John 16:26 - In that day you shall ask in my name; and I say not to you that I will ask of the Father for you;   
John 16:26 - In that day ye will ask in my name; and I do not say to you, that I will pray to the Father for you;   
John 16:26 - In that day you will ask in my name; and I will not say to you, I will ask the Father concerning you.

John 16:27 - הוּ גֵּיר אַבָא רָחֵם לכוּן דַּאנתּוּן רחֵמתּוּנָני והַימֵנתּוּן דֵּאנָא מֵן לוָת אַלָהָא נֵפקֵת .   
John 16:27 - for the Father himself loveth you, because you have loved me, and have believed that from the Father I came forth.

John 16:28 - נֵפקֵת מֵן לוָת אַבָא וֵאתִית לעָלמָא ותוּב שָׁבֵק אנָא לעָלמָא וָאזֵל אנָא לִי לוָת אַבָא .   
John 16:28 - I came forth from the Father, and came into the world; and again I leave the world, and go unto the Father.

John 16:29 - אָמרִין לֵה תַּלמִידַוהי הָא הָשָׁא גַּליָאיִת ממַלֵל אַנתּ ופֵלֵאתָא ולָא חדָא אָמַר אַנתּ .   
John 16:29 - His disciples say to him, Behold, now openly speakest thou, and not one parable hast thou spoken.   
John 16:29 - His disciples say to him: Lo, now thou speakest plainly, and thou utterest no allegory.

John 16:30 - הָשָׁא יָדעִין חנַן דּכֻל מֵדֵּם יָדַע אַנתּ ולָא סנִיק אַנתּ דּאנָשׁ נשַׁאלָכ בּהָדֵא מהַימנִין חנַן דּמֵן אַלָהָא נפַקתּ .   
John 16:30 - Now know we that every thing thou knowest, and thou needest not that any man should ask thee. By this we believe that from Aloha thou hast come forth.    
John 16:30 - Now know we, that thou knowest every thing ; and thou hast no need, that any one should ask thee: by this we believe, that thou didst proceed from God.   
John 16:30 - Now we understand that you know everything; and you need no man to ask you; by this we believe that you have come forth from God.

John 16:31 - אָמַר להוּן יֵשׁוּע הַימֵנו .   
John 16:31 - JESHU saith to them, Believe !    
John 16:31 - Jesus said to them: Do ye believe ?

John 16:31 - וַיַּעַן יֵשׁוּעַ וַיֹּאמֶר אֲלֵיהֶם עַתָּה תַאֲמִינוּ׃    
John 16:32 - דּהָא אָתיָא שָׁעתָא והָשָׁא אֵתָת דּתֵתבַּדּרוּן אנָשׁ לַאתרֵה ותֵשׁבּקוּנָני בַּלחוּדַי ולָא הוִית בַּלחוּדַי דַּאבָא עַמי הוּ .    
John 16:32 - Behold, the hour shall come, and now cometh, that you will be dispersed (every) man to his place, and you will have left me alone. But I am not alone, because the Father is with me.    
John 16:32 - Behold, the hour cometh, and hath now come, when ye will be dispersed, each to his place; and ye will leave me alone. But I am not alone, for the Father is with me.   
John 16:32 - For behold, the hour is coming, and it has now come, when you will be dispersed, every man to his own country, and you will leave me alone; and yet I am never alone, because the Father is with me.    
John 16:32 - הִנֵּה שָׁעָה בָאָה וְעַתָּה זֶה הִגִּיעָה וּנְפֹצוֹתֶם אִישׁ לְבֵיתוֹ וְאֹתִי תַעַזְבוּ לְבַדִּי וְאֵינֶנִּי לְבַדִּי כִּי אָבִי עִמָּדִי׃    
John 16:33 - הָלֵין אֵמרֵת לכוּן דּבִי נֵהוֵא לכוּן שׁלָמָא בּעָלמָא הָוֵא לכוּן אוּלצָנָא אֵלָא אֵתלַבּבו אֵנָא זכִיתֵה לעָלמָא .   
John 16:33 - These have I said to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you shall have distress; but be of heart, I have conquered the world.

John 17:1 - הָלֵין מַלֵל יֵשׁוּע וַארִים עַינַוהי לַשׁמַיָא וֵאמַר אָבי אֵתָת שָׁעתָא שַׁבַּח בּרָכ דַּברָכ נשַׁבּחָכ .   
John 17:1 - These spake Jeshu; and, uplifting his eyes to heaven, he said, My Father, the hour hath come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son may glorify thee.

John 17:2 - אַיכַּנָא דּיַהבתּ לֵה שׁוּלטָנָא עַל כֻּל בּסַר דּכֻל מָא דּיַהבתּ לֵה נֵתֵּל לֵה חַיֵא דַּלעָלַם .   
John 17:2 - As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that to all whom thou hast given him he should give the life which is eternal.   
John 17:2 - As thou hast given him authority over all flesh, that he might give life eternal to as many as thou hast given him.    
John 17:2 - Since you have given him power over all flesh, so that to all whom you have given him, he may give life eternal.

John 17:3 - הָלֵין אֵנוּן דֵּין חַיֵא דַּלעָלַם דּנֵדּעוּנָכ דַּאנתּ אַנתּ אַלָהָא דַּשׁרָרָא בַּלחוּדַיכּ ומַן דּשַׁדַּרתּ יֵשׁוּע משִׁיחָא .   
John 17:3 - But this is the life which is eternal, that they know thee, who art the true Aloha, [The Aloha of truth.] and Him whom thou hast sent, Jeshu Meshicha.    
John 17:3 - And this is life eternal, that they may know thee, that thou art the only true God, and whom thou hast sent, Jesus Messiah.   
John 17:3 - And this is life eternal, that they might know you, that you are the only true God, even the one who sent Jesus Christ.

John 17:4 - אֵנָא שַׁבַּחתָּכ בַּארעָא עבָדָא הַו דּיַהבתּ לִי דֵּאעבֵּד שַׁלֵמתֵּה .   
John 17:4 - I have glorified thee on the earth; the work which thou didst give me to do, I have finished it.

John 17:5 - והָשָׁא שַׁבַּחַיני אַנתּ אָבי לוָתָכ בּהַו שׁוּבחָא דּאִית הוָא לִי לוָתָכ מֵן קדָם דּנֵהוֵא עָלמָא .   
John 17:5 - And now glorify thou me, my Father, with thyself, in that glory which I had with thee before the world was.

John 17:6 - I have made known thy name unto the sons of man; those whom thou gavest me from the world: thine they were, and to me didst thou give them; and they have kept thy word.

John 17:7 - הָשָׁא יֵדעֵת דּכֻל מָא דּיַהבתּ לִי מֵן לוָתָכ הוּ .   
John 17:7 - Now have they known that whatsoever thou hast given me is from thee.   
John 17:7 - Now I have known, that whatever thou hast given me, was from thee.

John 17:8 - דּמֵלֵא דּיַהבתּ לִי יֵהבֵּת להוּן והֵנוּן קַבֵּלו וִידַעו שַׁרִירָאיִת דּמֵן לוָתָכ נֵפקֵת והַימֵנו דַּאנתּ שַׁדַּרתָּני .    
John 17:8 - And the words that thou gavest me I have given them, and they have received, and have known assuredly that from thee I came forth, and have believed that thou didst send me.   
John 17:8 - For, the words thou gavest to me, I have given to them; and they have received them, and have known certainly, that I came from thy presence; and they have believed that thou didst send me.    
John 17:8 - For the words which you gave me I gave them; and they accepted them, and have known truly that I came forth from you, and they have believed that you sent me.   
John 17:8 - כִּי הַדְּבָרִים אֲשֶׁר נָתַתָּ לִּי נָתַתִּי לָהֶם וְהֵם קִבְּלוּם וַיַּכִּירוּ בֶאֱמֶת כִּי מֵעִמָּךָ יָצָאתִי וַיַּאֲמִינוּ כִּי אַתָּה שְׁלַחְתָּנִי׃   
John 17:9 - וֵאנָא עלַיהוּן בָּעֵא אנָא לָא הוָא עַל עָלמָא בָּעֵא אנָא אֵלָא עַל הָנוּן דּיַהבתּ לִי דּדִילָכ אֵנוּן .   
John 17:9 - And for them I pray; not for the world I pray, but for them whom thou hast given me, because they are thine.

John 17:10 - וכֻל מֵדֵּם דּדִילי הוּ דִּילָכ הוּ ודִילָכ דִּילי הוּ וַמשַׁבַּח אנָא בּהוּן .   
John 17:10 - And every thing of mine is thine, and thine is mine, and I am glorified in them.

John 17:11 - מֵכִּיל לָא הוִית בּעָלמָא והָלֵין בּעָלמָא אֵנוּן וֵאנָא לוָתָכ אָתֵא אנָא אַבָא קַדִּישָׁא טַר אֵנוּן בַּשׁמָכ הַו דּיַהבתּ לִי דּנֵהווּן חַד אַיכַּנָא דַּחנַן .   
John 17:11 - Henceforth I am not in the world; but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep them through thy name, that (name) which thou hast given to me, that they may be one as we are.

John 17:11 - וַאֲנִי אֵינֶנִּי עוֹד בָּעוֹלָם וְהֵם בָּעוֹלָם הֵמָּה וַאֲנִי בָּא אֵלֶיךָ אָבִי הַקָּדוֹשׁ נְצֹר אֹתָם בְּשִׁמְךָ אֶת־אֲשֶׁר נָתַתָּ לִּי לְמַעַן יִהְיוּ אֶחָד כָּמֹנוּ׃   
John 17:12 - כַּד עַמהוּן הוִית בּעָלמָא אֵנָא נָטַר הוִית להוּן בַּשׁמָכ לַאילֵין דּיַהבתּ לִי נֵטרֵת ואנָשׁ מֵנהוּן לָא אֵבַד אֵלָא בּרֵה דַּאבדָּנָא דּנֵתמַלֵא כּתָבָא .   
John 17:12 - While I was with them in the world, I kept them through thy name: those whom thou gavest me I have kept, and a man of them is not lost, but the son of perdition, that the scripture may be fulfilled.

John 17:13 - הָשָׁא דֵּין לוָתָכ אָתֵא אנָא והָלֵין ממַלֵל אנָא בּעָלמָא דּתֵהוֵא חַדוַתי משַׁמליָא בּהוּן .   
John 17:13 - BUT now I come to thee, and these (things) I speak in the world, that they may have my joy completed in themselves.

John 17:14 - אֵנָא יֵהבֵּת להוּן מֵלתָכ ועָלמָא סנָא אֵנוּן דּלָא הוַו מֵן עָלמָא אַיכַּנָא דֵּאנָא לָא הוִית מֵן עָלמָא .

John 17:15 - לָא הוָא דּתֵשׁקוּל אֵנוּן מֵן עָלמָא בָּעֵא אנָא אֵלָא דּתֵטַר אֵנוּן מֵן בִּישָׁא .   
John 17:15 - Not that thou wouldest take them out of the world do I pray, but that thou wouldest keep them from the evil;

John 17:16 - לָא הוַו גֵּיר מֵן עָלמָא אַיכַּנָא דֵּאנָא לָא הוִית מֵן עָלמָא .    
John 17:16 - for they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

John 17:19 - ועַל אַפַּיהוּן אֵנָא מקַדֵּשׁ אנָא נַפשׁי דּנֵהווּן אָפ הֵנוּן מקַדּשִׁין בַּשׁרָרָא .   
John 17:19 - And for their sakes I consecrate myself, that they also may be consecrated for the truth.

John 17:20 - ולָא הוָא עַל אַפַּי הָלֵין בָּעֵא אנָא בַּלחוּד אֵלָא אָפ עַל אַפַּי אַילֵין דַּמהַימנִין בִּי בּמֵלַתהוּן .   
John 17:20 - Nor for these do I pray only, but also for those who shall believe in me through their word;

John 17:21 - דּכֻלהוּן נֵהווּן חַד אַיכַּנָא דַּאנתּ אָבי בִּי וֵאנָא בָּכ דָּאפ הֵנוּן בַּן חַד נֵהווּן דַּנהַימֵן עָלמָא דַּאנתּ שַׁדַּרתָּני .    
John 17:21 - that they all may be one, as thou, my Father, (art) in me, and I in thee, that they also in us one may be; that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

John 17:22 - וֵאנָא שׁוּבחָא דּיַהבתּ לִי יֵהבֵּת להוּן דּנֵהווּן חַד אַיכַּנָא דַּחנַן חַד חנַן .   
John 17:22 - And the glory which thou hast given me have I given unto them, that they may be one as we are one;

John 17:23 - אֵנָא בּהוּן וַאנתּ בִּי דּנֵהווּן גּמִירִין לחַד וַדנֵדַּע עָלמָא דַּאנתּ שַׁדַּרתָּני ודַאחֵבת אֵנוּן אַיכַּנָא דָּאפ לִי אַחֵבתּ .    
John 17:23 - I in them, and thou in me, that they may be perfected in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and that thou hast loved them, as me also thou hast loved.

John 17:24 - אַבָא הָנוּן דּיַהבתּ לִי צָבֵא אנָא דַּאתַר דֵּאנָא אָפ הֵנוּן נֵהווּן עַמי דּנֵהווּן חָזֵין שׁוּבחָא דִּילי הַו דּיַהבתּ לִי דַּאחֵבתָּני מֵן קדָם תַּרמיָתֵה דּעָלמָא .   
John 17:24 - Father, those whom thou hast given I will that where I am they also may be with me, that they may see that glory of mine, which thou hast given to me; for thou lovedst me before the foundations of the world.   
John 17:24 - Father, I desire that those whom thou hast given me, may also be with me where I am; that they may see that glory of mine which thou hast given me, as thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

John 17:24 - אָבִי אֲשֶׁר נְתַתָּם לִי רְצוֹנִי שֶׁיִּהְיוּ עִמָּדִי בַּאֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה אָנִי לְמַעַן יֶחֱזוּ בִּכְבוֹדִי אֲשֶׁר נָתַתָּ לִּי כִּי אֲהַבְתַּנִי לִפְנֵי מוֹסְדוֹת עוֹלָם׃   
John 17:25 - אָבי כּאִנָא ועָלמָא לָא יַדעָכ אֵנָא דֵּין יִדַעתָּכ והֵנוּן יִדַעו דַּאנתּ שַׁדַּרתָּני .   
John 17:25 - My righteous Father, the world hath not known thee; but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.

John 17:26 - וַאודּעֵת אֵנוּן שׁמָכ ומַודַּע אנָא דּחוּבָּא הַו דַּאחֵבתָּני נֵהוֵא בּהוּן וֵאנָא אֵהוֵא בּהוּן .   
John 17:26 - And I have made known unto them thy name, and I make it known that the love itself, wherewith thou hast loved me, may be in them, and I may be in them.
